Akosua N. Asamoah

Akosua Nyantekyiwa Asamoah is the Founder, Director, and Parenthood Coordinator of Afrigha Surrogacy. Originally from Dunkwa-on-Offin, Ghana, she grew up in the Netherlands, where she earned her first degree in Business Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She later pursued an MBA at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and is currently undertaking a PhD in Bioethics, focusing on the ethical complexities of reproductive healthcare.

At Afrigha Surrogacy, Akosua leads the agency’s strategic direction, fosters global partnerships, and upholds the highest ethical and professional standards in surrogacy. In her role as Parenthood Coordinator, she works closely with intended parents and surrogates, offering personalized guidance throughout the surrogacy journey.

Her greatest fulfillment comes from supporting individuals and couples worldwide in realizing their dream of parenthood, while simultaneously empowering Ghanaian women who choose to become surrogates. Beyond her professional work, Akosua is passionate about women’s empowerment, reproductive ethics, and creative design. She enjoys curating Afro Chic interior spaces and finding ways to harmonize culture with modern living.
